Amendment to Point 4 and the Appendix to Point 1 of the Bulletin on Fee Rates for Recycling, Clearance and Disposal of Articles

Responsible enterprises, their trade associations, and environmental protection-related organizations may submit specific scientific data and materials at any time for review and revision of the fee rates for recycling, clearance and disposal of articles. The central competent authority may submit such materials to the Resource Recycling Fee Rate Review Committee for deliberation and amend the bulletin in accordance with the Waste Disposal Act. The appendix adjusts recycling, clearance and disposal fee rates and green rates for electrical, electronic and information articles, including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, electric fans, portable computers, tablets, monitors, motherboards, hard disk drives, cases, power supplies, printers and keyboards; certain rates apply in phases in 2027 and 2028.
