Announcement on the Establishment of the Northern Offshore Binzhou Disposal Area

This Announcement applies to activities requiring the disposal of dredged material in the relevant waters north of Binzhou. It establishes the Northern Offshore Binzhou Disposal Area, covering 12.0 square kilometres and bounded by four specified geographical coordinate points, exclusively for the disposal of dredged material that complies with relevant standards and requirements. Entities conducting marine disposal of dredged material shall operate within this disposal area and ensure that the material to be disposed of meets applicable standards and management requirements.
