Safety Check Approach of Civil Explosive Materials Enterprises—Checklist—Part 5: Production Lines for Industrial Funicular Initiating Explosive Devices

This document applies to safety inspections of industrial funicular initiating explosive device production lines at civil explosive materials enterprises. Enterprises shall use the checklist to inspect building structures, process layout, protective barriers, blast-resistant rooms, electrical systems, lightning protection, fire protection, anti-static measures, safety interlocks, instruments, explosive preparation, key equipment, video surveillance and site management, and record nonconformities classified as Categories A, B and C. Key requirements include effective sympathetic-detonation prevention and door-machine interlocks, periodic testing of anti-static and lightning-protection grounding, full-process video surveillance of hazardous operations, and implementation of controls on overstaffing, overloading, overproduction and overtime, operating procedures, disposal of waste explosives and defective products, and personnel competency.
