Safety Check Approach of Civil Explosive Materials Enterprises—Checklist—Part 2: Integrated Safety Management and General Safety Conditions of Enterprises

Applicable to safety inspections of manufacturing and sales enterprises in the civil explosive materials industry, this document specifies inspection items, categories and requirements for integrated enterprise safety management and general safety conditions. Enterprises shall conduct production and operations within licensed scopes; establish safety management bodies, accountability, training, meeting, inspection, accident management, risk classification and hazard investigation systems; and implement certification, emergency plan review, filing and drills, insurance, and personnel management requirements. Inspections also cover site selection, master layout, internal and external safety distances, test and destruction sites, wastewater treatment and transport roads, which shall comply with relevant national standards.
