Draft Commission Implementing Decision on the Non-approval of Active Bromine Generated from Sodium Bromide by Electrolysis, Alkyl (C12-C14) Dimethylbenzylammonium Chloride (ADBAC (C12-C14)) and Hydrogen Peroxide as Active Substances for Use in Biocidal Products of the Respective Product-types

The draft proposes not to approve three active substances for use in biocidal products of the respective product-types: hydrogen peroxide for product-type 12, alkyl (C12-C14) dimethylbenzylammonium chloride for product-type 22, and active bromine generated from sodium bromide by electrolysis for product-types 11 and 12. Participants for the relevant substance/product-type combinations have withdrawn their support, or no notification to take over the participant role was submitted to the European Chemicals Agency within the prescribed time limit.
