Environmental management—Environmental communication—Guidelines and examples

This standard is identical to ISO 14063:2020 and provides guidelines and examples for organizations to conduct environmental communication. It applies to organizations of all types in planning, implementing, evaluating and improving internal and external environmental communication in environmental management activities. The standard supports organizations in identifying interested parties and their information needs, determining communication principles, content, methods, channels and responsibilities, and facilitating effective communication of information related to environmental performance, environmental impacts and environmental management systems. This recommended national standard replaces GB/T 26450-2010.
