General Requirements for Safety and Emergency Publicity and Education Experiential Bases
Abstract
This standard applies to the construction and management of safety and emergency publicity and education experiential bases. Bases shall ensure interactivity, educational value, safety and sustainability; reasonably plan site selection, functional layout, experiential projects, signage and evacuation routes; and provide safe and reliable experiential, service and support facilities. Content shall cover daily-life safety, industrial production safety and prevention of regional disaster risks. Operators shall employ qualified personnel, establish systems for services, operation and maintenance, training and information disclosure, and conduct public-interest education activities, satisfaction surveys and effectiveness evaluations annually. They shall also implement risk warnings, equipment maintenance, safety risk assessments, hazard inspections, emergency plan preparation and drills, and continuously update facilities and experiential content.
