General Specification of Flow Direction Registration for Fireworks

This standard applies to fireworks manufacturers holding production safety permits and wholesalers holding fireworks business (wholesale) permits, requiring flow direction registration management for fireworks products they produce, distribute or use, as well as black powder, fuse, decommissioned powder and other explosive materials. Registration entities shall compile product codes according to product category, grade, specification and model; accurately register product information and buyer and seller information; read and submit flow information at product handover and material-use stages; and verify buyer qualifications, with sales prohibited to unqualified buyers. Product packaging shall bear anti-reuse registration labels containing barcodes and QR codes as required; aerial shells and decommissioned powder shall additionally use electronic and paper labels.
