Guidelines for Occupational Health Assistance to Micro and Small Enterprises
Abstract
This document applies to occupational health assistance and effectiveness evaluations organized by health administrative departments for micro and small enterprises; other occupational health authorities may refer to it. Assisted enterprises are micro and small enterprises in normal operation with weak occupational health foundations, including those lacking regular monitoring, having insufficient occupational health examinations, or reporting new occupational disease cases. Assistance providers shall conduct baseline investigations, hazard identification and monitoring, system development, training, corrective-action follow-up and on-site guidance, and assess outcomes against 12 indicators covering protective facilities, personal protection, emergency rescue, hazard notification and health examinations, followed by graded dynamic management.
