Guidelines for the Operational Support of Health Supervision

This document applies to guiding operational support for health supervision at municipal and county levels in Jiangsu Province, covering health administrative enforcement in public health, medical and health care, and communicable disease prevention and control. It requires business divisions, independent enforcement premises, vehicles, enforcement and emergency equipment, and information systems commensurate with enforcement duties, as well as systems for operational, integrity, information, and supporting management and standardized enforcement archives. Enforcement and supervision personnel shall be appropriately staffed and trained; the entire enforcement process shall be documented and traceable. Off-site enforcement, data interoperability, credit-based classification and differentiated supervision, enforcement culture, and legal publicity shall be promoted.
