Haryana Electronics Waste Recycling Policy, 2026

The Policy applies to enterprises establishing or expanding electronic-waste recycling units in Haryana, including recycling operators meeting the eligibility criteria and obtaining relevant authorizations under the E-Waste Management Rules, 2022. It promotes e-waste collection, dismantling, resource recovery and recovery of high-value materials through fiscal incentives, land and infrastructure support, simplified approvals and single-window services. Enterprises must comply with applicable environmental authorizations and Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate requirements, and are subject to compliance oversight and audits by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board under the E-Waste Management Rules, 2022.
