List of Land Parcels in Henan Province Subject to Soil Pollution Risk Control and Remediation

This List applies to contaminated land parcels in Henan Province included in the management of soil pollution risk control and remediation, as well as their land-use right holders and relevant risk-control or remediation entities. It specifies each parcel’s code, location, area, land-use right holder, remediation progress, risk-control or remediation objectives, plan preparers and implementers, entrusting parties, and inclusion date. Relevant responsible parties shall conduct risk assessment, prepare risk-control plans, carry out remediation, and undertake effectiveness assessment in accordance with soil pollution prevention requirements, ensuring that soil environmental quality meets the requirements for planned land use. This update includes four subdivided parcels of Henan Fengli Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. and five parcels including Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (First Plant).
