Inclusion of 14 EU Entities in the Export Control Control List

Export operators may not export dual-use items to 14 EU entities, including Lafert S.p.A., that have been included in the Export Control Control List. Overseas organizations and individuals may not transfer or provide dual-use items originating in the People's Republic of China to those entities, and any ongoing related activities must cease immediately. Where export is genuinely necessary under special circumstances, export operators must apply to the Ministry of Commerce. The Announcement is issued pursuant to export control laws and regulations to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international non-proliferation obligations.
