Industrial trucks—Lorry-mounted trucks—Part 1: Safety requirements and verification

This standard applies to activities related to the safety design, manufacture, verification and use of lorry-mounted trucks. It specifies safety requirements and verification methods for such industrial trucks. Manufacturers and relevant users should design, inspect and confirm vehicle structures, operating controls, stability, protective devices and safety performance in accordance with the standard, so as to reduce risks of personal injury and equipment accidents during loading, unloading, transport and operations. The standard is identically adopted from ISO 20297-1:2017 and is a recommended national standard.
