Microelement Analysis Method of Regeneration Flue Gas DeNOx Catalysts
Abstract
This standard applies to the determination of mass fractions of potassium, iron, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, arsenic, chromium, mercury, lead, thallium and beryllium in regenerated flue gas DeNOx catalysts. Users shall prepare and dry test samples as specified, prepare test solutions by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid digestion using a hot plate or microwave digestion, and establish calibration curves and conduct quantitative determination by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The standard specifies instrument operating conditions, analytical wavelengths, data calculation, repeatability and reproducibility requirements, and requires test reports to record sample, instrument, environmental, result and measurement information.
