Data Specification of Small Social Places Safety Governance System

This standard applies to the construction, data sharing and system interfacing of safety governance systems for small social places, covering small public-facing service or business premises in streets and villages (communities), including catering establishments, hotels and supermarkets. System construction and data exchange shall use the prescribed data element attributes, representation formats and value-domain rules, while code sets shall be designed using the faceted classification method. Premises coordinates shall use the China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000 and Beijing Time. The annexes specify data and codes for basic premises information, personnel, multiple permits for one premises, inspections, hazard rectification and catering fuel types, supporting cross-departmental sharing, closed-loop hazard management, and safety risk management for fire protection, gas and electricity.
