It specifies general, functional, safety and data-management requirements for intelligent identification systems. Systems shall suit on-site safety and environmental conditions and support upgrades and model calibration; they shall identify battery damage, fire traces, leakage, water immersion and other appearance characteristics, as well as voltage, insulation and temperature information, automatically generate test results, and issue reports in accordance with relevant requirements. Identification devices shall provide overvoltage and overcurrent protection, maintain a distance of 0.2 m to 2 m from batteries, and set temperature and voltage warning thresholds. Data shall be completely stored, backed up, archived and cleared, with retention of no less than two years.
