Smart Logistics of Waste and Used Traction Batteries in New Energy Vehicles—Part 1: Requirements for Intelligent Packaging
Abstract
This standard applies to intelligent packaging used in the smart logistics of waste and used traction batteries in new energy vehicles; other types of waste and used traction batteries may refer to it. Intelligent packaging shall meet requirements for dimensions, disassembly, material recycling and limits on hazardous substances, and shall be equipped with sensing devices for temperature, humidity, pressure, gas, smoke and displacement, as well as regulation, fire-warning, intelligent control and management devices. The system shall enable data collection and transmission, abnormality alarms, backend interaction, positioning and traceability, and logistics-node recording; information shall be retained until battery disposal and for no less than two years. Packaging shall also provide safety performance including fire prevention, automatic pressure relief, waterproofing, shock resistance, leak prevention, insulation, flame retardancy and corrosion resistance.
