Strengthening Export Controls on Drone-Related Dual-Use Items to the United States

This Announcement applies to exporters exporting to the United States drones, key components, and related technologies listed in the Export Control List of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China. Relevant export applications shall be subject to strict case-by-case review, and licensing facilitation measures shall not apply. Exporters shall fulfill export control obligations under the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China, ensure accurate identification of declared items and technologies, and apply for export licenses as required.
