Technical Criterion for Regeneration of Flue Gas DeNOx Catalysts
Abstract
This document applies to the regeneration of plate-type and honeycomb flue gas DeNOx catalysts and specifies requirements for the collection, packaging, transport, storage, regenerability determination, regeneration processes, and testing of regenerated products. Treatment of deactivated catalysts shall prioritize regeneration; non-regenerable catalysts should be harmlessly treated or resource-recovered without causing secondary pollution. Collection, storage, and disposal shall in principle be managed as hazardous waste; waste vanadium-titanium catalysts meeting exemption conditions need not be transported as hazardous waste. Regeneration entities shall prepare acceptance reports, develop process plans based on physical properties and deactivation causes, conduct cleaning, rinsing, drying, active-component impregnation, calcination, and module repair, test appearance, physicochemical and reaction performance as specified, and properly mark, package, transport, and store regenerated catalysts.
