Abstract
This standard applies to hand-held single-phase AC tools rated at no more than 250 V, three-phase AC tools rated at no more than 440 V, and battery tools and battery packs with a maximum rated voltage of 75 V, including hand-held garden tools; exclusions remain consistent with GB/T 3883.1—2014. Users shall establish systems for inspection, storage, training, records and safe operation of tools, chargers and battery packs. Tools shall be inspected before use and protected by measures such as residual current protection; unauthorized dismantling or modification is prohibited. Damaged batteries shall be withdrawn from use, isolated and disposed of. Battery tools exceeding 100 Wh shall be stored in dedicated cabinets, while tools exceeding 1 kWh shall be charged in compliant dedicated areas. Tools shall undergo routine and periodic inspections, and defective products may be used only after repair and passing inspection.
