Technical Specification for Maintenance of Building Fire Protection Facilities
Abstract
This standard applies to the management of maintenance of building fire protection facilities conducted by fire protection technical service institutions. Such institutions shall have legal-person status, meet personnel and equipment requirements, establish a quality management system, work guidelines and service archives, and record maintenance activities through the fire protection technical service platform. When accepting business, they shall conclude contracts with clients, collect technical documentation, prepare annual and project-specific maintenance plans, and publicly display service information on site. They shall inspect, functionally test and maintain fire power supply and distribution facilities, automatic fire alarm systems, fire extinguishing systems, smoke control and exhaust systems, fire compartmentation facilities, electrical fire monitoring systems and other facilities at prescribed frequencies, and truthfully and completely prepare maintenance, fault repair and report documents for client confirmation.
