Specifications for Energy Consumption Evaluation of Printing and Dyeing Equipment

This standard applies to printing and dyeing equipment including knitted-fabric scouring and bleaching ranges, woven-fabric desizing, scouring and bleaching ranges, washing machines, mercerizing machines, batch and continuous dyeing machines, printing machines, calenders, stentering machines, dryers and steamers. It specifies energy conversion devices, methods for calculating comprehensive energy-consumption scores, energy-consumption grade evaluation, evaluation reports and verification methods. Water-consuming equipment shall be scored based on energy conversion devices, water consumption and energy-saving technologies, while non-water-consuming equipment shall be scored based on energy conversion devices and energy-saving technologies. Equipment shall be evaluated according to the energy performance of motors, centrifugal pumps, fans, heat exchangers and burners and the applicable appendices, with an energy-consumption evaluation report prepared.
