Waterway Construction Projects—Technical Requirements for Smart Construction Site

This standard applies to the development of smart construction sites for waterway construction projects in Jiangsu Province; other water transport engineering projects may apply it by reference. Relevant entities, including project owners, supervisors, contractors, testing entities and competent authorities, shall plan smart construction site management during construction preparation and implement such measures concurrently with project construction. Platforms shall support data collection, analysis, processing, storage, visual display and scalable applications, and establish data access and supervision mechanisms between project-level and competent-authority-level platforms. Systems shall be structured into equipment, communication, data, application and user layers, and shall cover integrated, personnel, equipment, material, quality, safety, environmental and BIM management, together with requirements for databases, data interfaces, operation and maintenance, cybersecurity, data backup and encryption.
