Specifications for Accidents Prevention Service on Work Safety Liability Insurance—Part 5: Fireworks and Firecrackers

This document applies to insurance institutions providing accident prevention services to insured entities under work safety liability insurance that engage in the production or operation of fireworks and firecrackers, as well as related civil black powder, pyrotechnic composition and fuse products. Insurance institutions shall provide services in accordance with the general provisions and, in light of enterprise characteristics, conduct safety education and training, safety risk identification, assessment and evaluation, safety standardization management system development, accident hazard inspections, emergency plan preparation and rescue drills, and promotion of safety technologies and equipment. Risk assessments for manufacturing enterprises shall cover site selection, layout, processes and equipment, fire protection, electrical safety, storage and transport, and waste pyrotechnic materials and wastewater treatment; wholesale and retail enterprises shall focus on premises, facilities, fire protection, storage and transport, and personnel risks.
