Specifications for Accident Prevention Services under Work Safety Liability Insurance—Part 4: Mining
Abstract
This document applies to insured entities under work safety liability insurance in the mining industry, excluding petroleum, natural gas, shale oil and shale gas. Insurance institutions shall provide accident prevention services in accordance with the general provisions, including safety education and training tailored to mining operations; assisting coal mines and metal and non-metal mines in identifying, assessing and evaluating risks such as ventilation, gas, fire, water hazards, slopes and tailings ponds; supporting the establishment of work safety standardization management systems and hazard inspections; assisting in preparing and improving emergency plans, conducting rescue drills and providing emergency facilities and supplies; and promoting advanced applicable mining safety technologies and equipment.
