Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Adjusting the Catalogue of Import and Export Commodities Subject to Mandatory Inspection

This Announcement applies to relevant business entities exporting ammonium sulfate, as well as double salts and mixtures of ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate. The Customs authorities add regulatory condition “B” to two 10-digit Customs commodity codes in the Catalogue of Import and Export Commodities Subject to Mandatory Inspection and conduct export commodity inspection on the relevant goods. The regulatory condition for ammonium sulfate (3102210000) is adjusted from “A” to “A/B”; regulatory condition “B” is newly added for double salts and mixtures of ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate (3102290000). Relevant exporters shall complete customs declaration and export commodity inspection procedures in accordance with the adjusted regulatory requirements.
