Method for Green Electricity Traceability for Electricity-Consuming Enterprises
Abstract
This standard applies to electricity-consuming enterprises conducting green electricity traceability calculations and all-green-electricity evaluations, and the results shall not serve as statutory evidence for environmental rights transactions. Enterprises shall establish input data on power plants and substations, lines, users, and dispatching relationships; generate daily data on energy composition, energy sources, loads, and proportions for plants, substations, and prefecture-level cities; calculate node energy receipt, line electricity composition, and node traceability proportions; and exclude green electricity transaction volumes to avoid double counting. The evaluation covers proportions of grid-consumed green electricity, electricity offset by green certificates, interprovincially purchased green electricity, distributed clean energy, and clean emergency power, and assigns all-green-electricity grades based on composite scores.
