Notice on Implementing the Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance (GBZ 188-2025) and Further Improving the Record-filing Administration of Occupational Health Examination Institutions Province-wide

This Notice applies to municipal health commissions and occupational health examination institutions in Anhui Province. Institutions applying for initial record-filing or changes to filed items or categories shall conduct record-filing in accordance with the Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance; existing filed institutions need not re-file but shall comply with the new specification when conducting examinations. Institutions shall verify and remedy their capacities against the lists of examination items and staffing and equipment requirements, and complete assessment and supplementation by 31 October 2026. Municipal health commissions shall strengthen local record-filing supervision, training, quality control and information-system connectivity, and urge institutions to provide standardized examination and information-reporting services.
