Regulation of the Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Fund Management Committee on the Receipt, Disbursement and Safekeeping of the Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Fund (No. 3), B.E. 2569

This Regulation amends the fund management rules for the Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Fund by adding Chapter 5 to govern the cash receipt, disbursement and safekeeping of loan repayment security deposits. The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare shall open a current bank account named “Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Fund (for Securing Loan Repayment)” to receive security deposits from borrowers. Upon receipt, and subject to approval by the Director-General or an authorized person, the funds shall be transferred to a Treasury deposit account for safekeeping within three working days. The receipt, disbursement and safekeeping of cash security deposits shall comply with standards and procedures announced by the Committee.
