Technical Specification for Measurement Site Setting of Pollutant Discharge Outlet of Pollutant Discharge Unit

Applicable to pollutant discharging units other than offshore oil and gas development projects, this standard sets requirements for the design, construction, renovation, rectification, acceptance and management of manual and automatic monitoring sites at waste-gas and sewage outlets of stationary pollution sources; treatment-facility inlets subject to explicit efficiency requirements shall also comply. It specifies requirements for waste-gas and sewage monitoring sections, monitoring ports, working platforms, ladders, protection, power supply, lighting, video surveillance and flow-measurement facilities, and requires monitoring-site information signs containing QR codes. Pollutant discharging units shall establish management systems and archives, conduct inspection and maintenance at least every six months, and promptly update signs when site information changes.
